Online Counselling

What is online Counselling

Online counselling is held via video-call by Zoom. Online Counselling is suitable for people who lead busy lives and are unable to get to in person sessions.

Online sessions can be helpful for people who experience a range of concerns such as anxiety, relationship challenges, low self confidence, grief and loss and trauma.

I’m warm-hearted and a skilled counsellor who focuses on building a strong and caring relationship with you. It is through the quality of our relationship in which deep change will occur.

How online Counselling works

A suitable date and time that works for you is booked. An email with the meeting link is sent where you click on the link and it will take you to the video-call platform.

To get the most out of your online session, make plans to be in a private, quiet space where you will not be disturbed. For online counselling to be the most effective it is recommended that you use a stationary laptop computer or desktop computer.

The video link will be sent by email an hour before the session.

Getting Started

We begin counselling a brief outline of concerns and review your overall emotional and physical health.

I’ll explain how I work and how we’ll work together to achieve your goals.

Ideally, we meet weekly for consistency to support you to reach your goals and transform the areas of your life you want to be difference.

We’ll assess your progress each week and re-evaluate our process and goals if needed.

I am flexible and considerate. What’s important is it is your therapy, and you make the decisions of what you want to get out of our time together.

If you resonate with me and my approach, contact me for a free, no-obligation, 15 minute phone call. We’ll discuss your concerns, and I will let you know how I can help. If we decide to work together, we’ll book a therapy session via video call.
